AB – The first and most important part is the MALAR BONE (cheek bone) of the horse. You will need to measure from bone to bone on either side of the horses face.

BC – From one side of the horse’s face, measure from the end point of the MALAR BONE, and then to what I call the mid-throat point…

Mid-Point Throat (Measuring from the horse’s poll bone between the ears, and to the bottom mid portion of the throat(under the jowl)…* then find the middle point of that distance)

NOTE: these do not have to be exact, but as close as you can without spending a lot of time on it!
